What can be returned?
We accept returns on full price merchandise that is unused, in the original packaging and has a return request made within 14 days of purchase. Please note, items purchased at a 15% or more discount are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
Original packaging
All items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging (including boxes and dustbags) with tags still attached. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are deemed damaged - scratched, worn or not in their original packaging.
Reserves the right
Connie Dinee reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our return requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your own expense and a refund will not be issued.
How will we be notified?
We Will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Returns Of worn or damaged product may be sent back to the customer. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded based on your selection. You may receive a full refund amount in Connie Dinee credit and Connie Dinee Will cover the return shipping. This Connie Dinee credit Will never expire. You may receive the amount refunded to your original payment method. Please allow up to 4-7 business days for refunds to be processed once your return has been received by our warehouse
