Hi There,
If you’re anything like me, you’re juggling multiple roles: mother, wife, business owner, and friend. You wear so many crowns that sometimes it’s hard to remember that you are at the heart of it all. But guess what? You don’t have to carry the world alone.
Today, I want to share a few thoughts with you on how to get out of your own way and start embracing the greatness that’s already within you.
Your Mind: Conscious vs. Subconscious
The first step in leveling up is understanding that your subconscious mind is powerful. It drives everything you do, often without you realizing it. Right now, I’m working through my own subconscious beliefs, especially when it comes to being a successful business owner. Sometimes, I doubt myself or fear rejection—those fears hold me back from fully stepping into my purpose. But here’s the truth: I deserve happiness, and so do you.
You don’t always have to be the one holding everything together. Let someone else support you. Trust in your own worth and allow space for others to help carry the load.
Breaking Free from Your Comfort Zone
Comfort zones can feel safe, but they’re also places where growth doesn’t happen. I’m currently pushing myself to step out of mine and find the true me. Taking risks—whether it’s relaunching my business or sharing my thoughts with the world—can be scary. And yes, society often discourages change or taking chances. But guess what? You have to ignore the naysayers and keep moving forward.
When you leap, life may get messy. Things might not go perfectly, but don’t quit when it gets tough. Those messy moments are where the real growth happens.
Self-Love: You Are Enough
Let me remind you of something: you are the only you there is. And that’s what makes you so special.
Here are some things I’m working on to deepen my connection with my higher self:
•Affirmations: I deserve a profitable business, and a well-paying career. My business is growing, expanding and thriving. I am naturally filled with abundance each day and things come easily to me. I love taking care of myself, I feel so good doing it. My body is getting stronger, slimmer and healthier every day. I am grateful for every blessing the universe has and will create for me. I am the creator of my mood, therefore the creator of my day.
•Self-forgiveness: We’re all human. We make mistakes, but we also learn and grow from them. Forgive yourself and move forward.
•Avoid comparison: Your journey is yours alone. Don’t waste time comparing yourself to others—it’ll only steal your joy.
The Power of Mindset and Action
I’ve learned that if I want something, I have to ask for it, believe that I deserve it, and then act like I’m already in the position I’m aiming for. It’s all about mindset.
Here’s what I’m doing to keep myself on track:
1.Act as if: If I want to be successful, I have to start acting like the successful person I envision.
2.Upgrade my environment: I’m surrounding myself with people who inspire and support me.
3.Create a vision board: I’m visualizing where I’m going and making sure my surroundings reflect that. For my 2025 vision board I took a different approach to help myself feel better about my little accomplishments. Instead of doing an image for a complete project as a goal, for example updating the inside of my house. I decided to do an image for each room and look at the project as several projects and as I accomplish each of those, I get to mark them off, instead of waiting for the whole house to be complete.
The Past: Don’t Regret, Learn
We’ve all made mistakes in the past, but instead of dwelling on what we wish we’d done differently, let’s focus on the lessons we learned. The past is not for regret—it’s for growth.
Every misstep, every tough decision, has shaped who we are today. The truth is, you are where you are for a reason, and you’re exactly where you need to be right now. Embrace the lessons and keep moving forward.
Gratitude: The Key to Abundance
One of the simplest ways to change your life is through gratitude. Every day, I make it a point to write down something I’m grateful for. Whether it’s the little moments or big wins, gratitude shifts our perspective. It reminds us that even in the midst of chaos, there’s always something to be thankful for. I am using my social media to post what I am grateful for, I thought by putting it out in the universe it might help others think about what they are grateful for.
Let It Go
I know it’s hard, but forgiving others—and yourself—is essential to moving forward. There are times when I find myself holding onto past disappointments or frustrations, especially when I feel like I’ve given advice to others, only to watch them not take action. But then I remember—I’m still working on my own stuff, too. Letting go isn’t always easy, but it’s necessary.
Start Now
You know what? I’m procrastinating on a lot of things, and I’m sure you can relate. Starting is often the hardest part, whether it’s revamping a business, finishing a project, or taking the first step toward your goals. But here’s the truth: Done is better than perfect.
Sometimes, we get stuck in perfectionism—waiting for the website to be flawless or the social media posts to be just right. But honestly, progress is progress. Set a deadline, and take one step. Start now.
Overwhelm: Take It One Step at a Time
I used to feel overwhelmed by all the things I wanted to accomplish, but this year, I’ve changed my approach. On my vision board, I broke things down into bite-sized tasks—like focusing on one room in my house at a time. It helps me feel accomplished, one step at a time.
Learning to Be Open-Minded
Life isn’t always going to go the way we want it to. People will let you down, things won’t go according to plan, and we’ll get frustrated. But I’m learning not to stress about the things I can’t control. I can’t change other people, but I can control my response to situations.
Failure Is Part of the Journey
Remember, the only failure is quitting. Everything else is just gathering information. Life isn’t perfect, but the lessons we learn through failure are what shape us into who we need to be.
Wealth: It’s More Than Money
Money is a tool. It’s not the end goal, but a means to create more opportunities and help others. Being wealthy is about much more than what’s in your bank account. It’s a mindset—a reflection of your value, your energy, and the way you show up in the world.
And trust me—you are worth every penny.
Know Your Worth
It all comes down to this: Believe in yourself. Know your value, stick to your vision, and keep moving forward—even when it feels hard. You might need to pause, realign, and motivate yourself again, but the important thing is that you keep moving toward your goals.
So, take a deep breath and keep going. You’ve got this. Whatever your next move is, know that you’re exactly where you’re meant to be. The world is waiting for your brilliance.
